A secluded, unique rural retreat found at the end of a dirt road, this fully-fenced (with dog mesh) property provides acres of grass for hours of running, ball games, sniffing and rolling – it’s the perfect dog resort.
While the property was designed with dogs in mind, the humans are also well catered for. The three bedroom house is made from stone and timber and has recently undergone a complete revamp inside – it has a new kitchen, two new bathrooms, polished timber floors and new furniture. Two of the bedrooms offer queen-size beds with a tri-bunk (double bed with single on top) in the third bedroom. The sunroom has a double sofa bed.
There are two bathrooms each with large shower, double vanities and toilets. The ensuite includes a laundry corner with washing machine and dryer. All linen and towels are provided.
The mid north coast of NSW has an excellent climate year-round and this is made even more comfortable by the reverse cycle air conditioner, ceiling fans and wood fireplace.
The open plan living space includes a smart TV and wifi is available. There is an 11m in-ground swimming pool (heated for the cooler months) and a grass tennis court great for a hit n giggle.
Your dogs are welcome inside, although not on the furniture – a professional cleaning fee will apply to any pet stains left inside. If you prefer your dog to be outside at night they can sleep on the covered deck (which can be fully enclosed with gates). A dog bed is available.
You will have access to whole property except for the caretaker’s cabin which is tucked away behind the shed.
The village of Crescent Head is only 20 minutes away offering excellent surf beaches, an off-lead beach area for your dogs, cafes, supermarket, clothing stores and hairdresser. If you need her, there’s also a fantastic vet in the village.
Located an easy 4.5 hour highway from Sydney and 5 hours from Brisbane the property is an ideal family retreat.
